DFT APPROACH

A central Taiwan operating base ready for growth.

Located in Beitun, Taichung, the facility supports colocation, AI PoC, high-density retrofits and cross-region disaster recovery.

The operating foundation combines A/B rack power, modular UPS, generator backup, dual chilled-water loops, carrier-neutral connectivity, VESDA, NOVEC 1230, CCTV, access control and emergency operating procedures.

Floor Strategy

AI and NOC functions on 1F, dual-zone data halls on 2F, and a 3F high-density area designed for up to 60 kW per rack.

Power Resilience

A/B paths, modular UPS, precision distribution and 4 × 1 MW generators in an N+1 configuration.

Cooling Capacity

A current plant comprising 2 × 800 RT and 3 × 100 RT units, with dual supply-and-return loops and phased expansion.

Carrier Neutrality

Multiple telecom and cable providers plus DFT-owned fiber and DCI services.

VESDA, NOVEC 1230, CCTV, access control and environmental monitoring.
